01 Service Overview
SMShah Consulting provides FBR-compliant digital invoicing software and related consulting services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
02 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of invoice data entered into the platform, and for maintaining valid FBR PRAL credentials for their business.
03 Billing
Setup fees and monthly plans are billed as agreed at signup. Excess invoice charges apply beyond the included monthly limit as specified in your plan.
04 Data & Compliance
SMShah Consulting acts as a technology platform provider. Your compliance relationship remains directly with FBR. We store your credentials encrypted and do not share your data with third parties.
05 Limitation of Liability
SMShah Consulting is not liable for FBR rejections resulting from incorrect data entered by the client, or from FBR system downtime.
